Cell level biomarkers

We have multicolour flow cytometry capabilities to detect differential expression of cell surface markers and cytokine secretion profiles. We can validate / characterise / accommodate method transfers to determine the phenotype, receptor occupancy, and/or Ab expression levels of cells and their subtypes.

Examples of assays we’ve done:

  • enumeration of lymphocyte subsets
  • neutrophil CD11b and neutrophil shape change
  • platelet activation markers & reticulated platelets
  • stem cell enumeration
  • expression of T cell surface receptor Programmed cell death 1 (PD-1)

Cell stimulation

  • PMA and ionomycin
  • KLH
  • LPS
  • … etc

…and many more!
