Cell level biomarkers
We have multicolour flow cytometry capabilities to detect differential expression of cell surface markers and cytokine secretion profiles. We can validate / characterise / accommodate method transfers to determine the phenotype, receptor occupancy, and/or Ab expression levels of cells and their subtypes.
Examples of assays we’ve done:
- enumeration of lymphocyte subsets
- neutrophil CD11b and neutrophil shape change
- platelet activation markers & reticulated platelets
- stem cell enumeration
- expression of T cell surface receptor Programmed cell death 1 (PD-1)
Cell stimulation
- PMA and ionomycin
- KLH
- LPS
- … etc
…and many more!
